Reservations
Reservations can be made via our website, by email or by telephone. All bookings are considered final after confirmation by our team and/or payment of a deposit.

Rates
Rates shown on the website are in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and include VAT applicable in Morocco. Tourist tax is not included and will be added to the final amount.

Cancellation policy
– Free cancellation up to [x] days before arrival date.
– In case of late cancellation or no-show, one night (or x%) will be charged.

Conditions may vary according to periods or special offers.

Payment
Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or cash on site.

Liability
Le Palais Mehdi accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage occurring on the premises, except in the event of proven fault.

Applicable law
These conditions are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Marrakech shall have sole jurisdiction.
