Palais Mehdi and “M” Restaurant Lounge and bar invite you to discover a variety of elegant menus with an ultra refined selection of dishes where all the flavors are exploited with passion by our talented Executive Chef Ayyoub El Ouadi, for the delight of the Epicureans.

Henceforth open to external customers, Palais Mehdi offers different cuisines available at any hours around the pool, on the terraces or in the lounges. One is international and the other is typically Moroccan but also very unique in its way of revisiting the classics. The pool is available for freshness days, thus it is possible to obtain a deckchair access, to afford sunbathing in privacy and to enjoy days and evenings at the sound of chill music, deep lounge; and the Pool Bar is perfect to enjoy Signature cocktails imagined and created by our talented Head barman.
